CONSTRUCTION

White fiberglass hull, deck & deck-house; fiberglass radar arch which may be lowered electrically; optional large swim platform with teak overlay, integral stainless steel swim ladder and shower;  stainless steel life-lines and bow-rail extending two-thirds of the length of the vessel; anchor roller with Simpson Lawrence Spirit 1000 electric anchor windless; anchor storage locker; full flag blue Sunbrella cockpit shelter; separate  blue Sunbrella tonneau cockpit cover;  foredeck sun-pad with Sunbrella cover; 8 opening ports with screens; 2 deck hatches; bow thruster.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The yacht sleeps 4-6 and has 6’6’ headroom.The yacht has a stateroom forward with full bulkhead and privacy door. There is an ‘island’ double berth with drawers under the berth and lockers and storage areas port and starboard including an entertainment center to port.The main cabin has a dinette to starboard with oval table that drops to make a double berth.The galley is to port and it features a microwave oven, electric cook top, three-quarter household type refrigerator, stainless steel sink, Corian counter- tops and generous counter and locker space. The ‘mid-cabin’ aft is open enough to allow for day-time seating as well as conversion to a double berth when desired.The head is aft to port and features a Sealand Technology electric vacuum-type marine toilet connected to a 37 US gallon holding tank, shower and vanity with sink and linen storage.The interior is finished to a high standard with burled cherry-wood locker and drawer faces, bulkheads and dark blue ‘ultra-leather’ upholstery; vinyl headliner.  There is a 50 US gallon freshwater capacity supplying the sinks and shower plus hot and cold pressure water system. The interior is air-conditioned and heated: Ocean marine - 16,000 BTU.The cockpit is accessed via a center ‘door’ from the swim platform. There is a circular settee to starboard with table and curved seating to port with wet-bar.  The helm station is forward to starboard.

ENGINE & ELECTRICALENGINES

The engine room is accessed via a hydraulically assisted hatch in the cockpit. Twin fresh-water cooled (heat exchangers) MerCruiser  model – 7.4 MPI gasoline inboard engines with 1.5” SS shafts; The fuel capacity is approximately 260 US gallons in two aluminum tanks; hour meters showing about 906 hrs. at the time of listing; hydraulic steering. The cruising speed is about 20 kts.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

The yacht has both 12 volt DC & 110 volt AC systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by alternators on the engines to lead-acid batteries thence to circuit breaker panes and on to lights and accessories. The 110 volt system is supplied either by shore-power connection or by the 7.5 kw. Kohler auxiliary generator, thence to a circuit breaker panel and on to various accessories.

Raymarine Axiom 7” GPS/plotter; Uniden C535 VHF; depth sounder; Clarion AM/FM/CD stereo; carbon monoxide detector.

30# Delta anchor with chain rode; dock-lines and fenders; remote control search-light; wash-down pump.
